We invite all Shaklee Distributors to register online for Branch Pre-Order if you wish to purchase Sustained Herb-LaxTM (#SB11007) .

  • Pre-Order online and purchase at branch.
  • Pre-Order on 20 September 2020, Sunday from 10am-5pm.
  • Limited to 3 units per SID.

The Branch Pre-Order allows you to pre-order by filling up a form online and go to the selected branch at your allocated time slot to purchase and pick up your orders so you enjoy a smoother, easier and faster ordering process at Shaklee branches.

  • Log in to shaklee.com.my
  • SELECT Branch Pre Order Form under 'Latest Highlights'.
  • FILL in the form by selecting the quantity you would like to order and the branch you would like to pick up from.

PROCESSING OF BRANCH PRE ORDER & NOTIFICATION OF SELECTION
  • Branch Pre Orders will be processed via an automated and randomised selection process.
  • If your Branch Pre Order has been successfully selected, you will receive an SMS and email by 21 Sept 2020.
  • You will be allocated a “Buying Slot” to make your purchase at your selected branch.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We would appreciate your cooperation to the following terms and conditions for this process. Our Customer Service, Head of Branch and Business Development Managers are available to assist.

  1. The Branch Pre-Order is intended for all SIDs including Business Leaders to indicate interest and quantity to purchase for the said product(s).
  2. SIDs are allowed to submit ONLY one Branch Pre-Order form.
  3. Pre-Order does not guarantee confirmation of order quantities or allocation, fulfilment of orders is subject to stocks availability.
  4. In the event that the total SIDs’ requested quantities are more than the quantities available, SIDs’ orders will be randomly selected by the system.
  5. If the selected SIDs do not fully take up the quantities as ordered during their allocated “Buying Slot”, the quantities not taken up will be re allocated to others.
  6. Appeals for extension of Pre-Order slot and Buying Slot will not be allowed.
  7. By submitting the Branch Pre-Order Form, SIDs agree with the “Terms & Conditions” of the Pre-Order. SIDs also authorise the use of their email and mobile phone number for future correspondences.
  8. Shaklee Malaysia has sole discretion on the allocation of the quantities and Shaklee Malaysia reserves the rights to add, amend or remove any “Terms & Conditions” from time to time, of which Shaklee shall make prior announcement to SIDs through its communication channels

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Can I choose more than one branch on the Branch Pre-Order Form?
Answer: SIDs are only allowed to choose one branch.

Can I submit more than one Branch Pre-Order Form?
Answer: SIDs are allowed to submit ONLY one (1) branch pre-order form.

Can I go to the branch to purchase at different buying slot time?
Answer: SIDs are not encouraged to as buying slots are already pre-arranged for all selected SIDs.

Once I have been successfully selected to purchase, do I need to queue early at the branch to ensure I secure the purchase of the released product?
Answer: There is no need for SIDs to come early to the branch as successful selected SIDs will be able to purchase the product during the allocated buying slot.

Any documents required during the product purchase at branches?
Answer: Please provide branch staff your SID number at the cashier counter.

Can I purchase and collect on behalf of my downline/upline?
Answer: Yes. SID is allowed to purchase and collect on behalf of downline/upline.

How about the allocated quantities that are not taken up by SIDs?
Answer: It will be released to others on the wait list.
